Privacy Policy
Effective: 25 June 2026
Innovo LLC ("Innovo", "we", "us") operates this site and the Innovo OnePortal platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website forms and account portal, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to align with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Who is responsible for your data
Innovo LLC is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@innovo.net or by phone at +1-949-880-7109.
2. What we collect, and why
- Contact & inquiry forms (Contact, Driver Development): your name, email, phone, company, and the message you send us. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and, where you are a partner, to manage our business relationship. Lawful basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to you; for partners, performance of a contract.
- Account / portal data (if you register or purchase): account credentials, billing and order details, and the licenses and devices associated with your account. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- Security & anti-abuse data: when you submit a form, we briefly process your IP address and submission timing to detect and block spam/abuse. This is held transiently (a few hours) and is not used to profile you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- Essential cookies: we set a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (session, language) required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. See the cookie notice below.
3. How long we keep it
Inquiry/lead records are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised. Account, order and license records are kept for the life of your account and as required by law (e.g. tax/accounting obligations). Security/anti-abuse data is discarded within hours.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (our hosting and email-delivery providers) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law. Your data is processed on infrastructure we control; cross-border transfers, where they occur, are protected by appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may request disclosure of, and deletion of, personal information and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email info@innovo.net; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Cookies
This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies (to keep your session and language preference). Because these are essential to provide the service you request, they do not require opt-in consent, but we notify you of their use. We will update this section if we introduce any analytics or marketing cookies, which would require your prior consent.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
